is recognizing that you aren’t a superhero and you can’t prove anything to anyone. You have to believe yourself and that belief is your “proof” to the world that you count. You have to accept yourself as you are with your limitations, and not hide them. The world isn’t perfect, and you sure as hell don’t have to be either. What leaves an impression on people is how you show that yes you are human, and that doesn’t make you a failure. Because everyone fails at some point. It’s those who cope and rise from it that mark you a fighter. You have to fight to succeed. You have to sacrifice to succeed. Until you accept this, you have not realized what real strength is.
HAHA my coach’s school. I met that girl, she’s a young prodigy. She can already do 4 pirouettes on pointe. Personal favorite is the guy with his arms crossed. Miss that kid.
